I would like to say, thank you to all the staff for their help. I went for a wheel Alignment, and they did a fantastic job. I work nearby and I left the vehicle there and they called me like two hours later. I will go back to this location. Thank You Jose A. Rivera.

Companies like this these days are far and and few between. I picked up a nail coming from Ohio. The Custoer Service at the front desk was outstanding and the service was superb

Very late at night I sent an e-mail to EDT in Clifton, NJ asking for a quote on tires. Very early the next morning I got a call from Bill responding to my e-mail. I am totally impressed with his professional, kind attitude. He could not have been more helpful and patient. As a female, I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to auto issues; wondering if I'm being taken advantage of since I have little to no knowledge of most things car related. Bill surely did not make me feel that way. He gave me choices, offered his opinion on specific tires and made recommendations. I felt he was honest and went out of his way to help me make the best choice for my needs. If everyone is this professional at EDT in Clifton, I would not hesitate to give them my business.

I got a flat tire and got it fixed by ETD in Denville. It came back in perfect shape and in no time at all. Super efficient and great quality. Bob and Jason at front desk were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 100% recommend their services!

I normally do not do 'reviews', but in this case I felt compelled to do so after a recent visit this past week. Being that I've been in the Automotive industry for many years, I just want to state that the ETD Service Center in Denville is by far a top-notch shop. I've been taking my vehicles there for years now and never had a bad experience. Bob at the front desk and ALL the staff are always a pleasure to work with, professional, and friendly. Aside from their faciality being always clean, organized, (this also includes their shop area), there are a few key reasons why I keep coming back and have recommended many others to as well. Honest - Having been in the automotive business, I've been to other repair shops/dealers in the past and know when they are 'lying' or BS'ing me as most of the time I actually know what needs to be repaired/replaced OR have been charged for parts they never actually installed - yes I do verify afterward. Unfortunately, repair shops/dealers like that have given the auto repair business a bad reputation. Not here, this location will never try to 'up sell or 'pressure sell you' and their diagnosis of the issue has always been accurate and correct. ETD of Denville has actually 'downsold' at times, as some of what I thought I needed I actually did not need. Quality work & Service - I never had ANY issues with any of the work performed on my vehicles. They always made sure my vehicle was not 'dirtied' afterward and never messed with my radio or other settings like some other shops have in the past. It just irks me after a repair, I get in and the radio station and other settings were changed. Warranty - ETD of Denville always stands behind the work they perform even though I never had any issues with any of their repairs or parts. Great Communications - ETD has always contacted me as to when my vehicle was ready OR needed to be worked on longer than expected. Let face it, sometimes additional things are found during a repair. When this has happened, ETD has always contacted me, providing easy to understand detail as well as provided additional options allowing me to make informed decisions. All the people I've recommended and introduced to the Denville location have been extremely happy, greatly appreciative of the recommendation, are now dedicated customers for the reasons mentioned above. I highly recommend the ETD service center at the Denville location for your automotive repair needs.
