I want to thank Bill Dileo for his excellent management skills. Last week there was a misunderstanding when I made my appointment on the phone for oil change and tire rotation. My understanding, from the phone conversation with an employee, it was gonna take a half hour but once I got there, I had to leave because they told me an hour and a half. Bill called me the next day, went over things with me and asked me to come back. I went back today and all is good. Thank you Bill for reaching out and caring for your company and your customers.

Peace of mind on a Saturday! Thank you to Renato for fitting me in to assess and repair a tire leak before I needed to travel. This location is so clean and the service is so professional.This was my first time here and Renato greeted me by name when I walked in the door! This attention to detail and making my family feel safe before we got on the road is priceless. Highly recommend ETD Hackensack location! Thank you!

Thank you for being so honest. The dealer said i needed a wheel alignment. Brought it by you and said i did not need it. Your staff was very nice and friendly. Thanks again you dont find many honest people these day. See you soon for wiper blades. Have a great holiday.

These guys are awesome. No BS. I’ve taken my cars to this location off/on for years—service is always pleasant, professional and reasonable. Brought my car in today with a nail puncture at 5pm. They took me right in and fixed it. And it was ready BEFORE the estimated time. Thanks ETD!
