Anthony is the best! He understands that safety goes beyond new tires. While a new tire was my principal need, the ETD team drove my car and recognized that a wheel alignment from our car body shop was needed. I am a 2nd generation client, my husband's family began using ETD when it opened in 1946. Family-operated, excellent service, with an emphasis on safety and fair prices. Thank you.

Love at first visit!! I live in a different Zip. code, but i. found myself in Teaneck bringing my wife to see a doctor. when. discovered one of my tires losing air. I quickly asked Siri for help finding a reliable Tire Service Place in the area. Thanks God, I. fixe my eyes on ETD, since it was the closet place to where I was at. Whoa! nice looking place, and courteous staff. I was attended and serviced inn a matter of minutes. Quick and effective. I was just preparing me a nice cup of coffee when Renato Revollar, the Store manager approached me to informe my car was serviced and ready to go. Whoa, whoa, whoa! I will most definitely will be a faithful new customer for all my car's needs and maintenance. Hi five to ETD, Renato and staff!.. If service at all other ETD locations is the same as this one in Hackensack, I will not be visiting any other store, unless it is ETD! Thank you Renato. Great first impression. Outstanding service, honest and knowledgable, with low and competitive pricing. On my first visit to this Wayne/NJ location (which is far from my home), having tire and engine issues, I was amazed at the level of detail in capturing every single issue with me, then fully investigating and diagnosing every problem. Highly trustworthy and recommendable!

I want to thank Bill Dileo for his excellent management skills. Last week there was a misunderstanding when I made my appointment on the phone for oil change and tire rotation. My understanding, from the phone conversation with an employee, it was gonna take a half hour but once I got there, I had to leave because they told me an hour and a half. Bill called me the next day, went over things with me and asked me to come back. I went back today and all is good. Thank you Bill for reaching out and caring for your company and your customers.
