The gentlemen at this location are top notch (Anthony and Austin). I called the day before and shared my concern about what was happening with my vehicle. Anthony was able to get me an appointment quickly. When I checked in he allowed me to describe what was happening with my car with patience, kindness and did not cut me off. After the inspection, Austin came to share with me my options. He was honest, fair and very sympathetic to my past experience with dealerships. After I shared with Austin what would work best for me, he immediately was able to have the mechanics get my car up to speed. There are no words that can express how it feels to drive a reliable car and know the work was done completely. I really appreciate the gentlemen who run this location. I am a big fan of ETD and would recommend this service.
