Made an appointment with Joshua Reader yesterday (12/9/23), didn't try to sell me anything except for the tires I was there for. Excellent customer service! Dropped off the car at 11:00am today (12/30/23) and was driving home at 2:00pm. 5 stars all cross the board.
An absolutely great establishment. The guys that work there are top notch. They do great work. The service manager Raid is very accommodating. He wants to make sure you are satisfied with their services. He even called me a week after I told him everything was great just to follow up. A true professional. Highly recommend bringing your car here for any automotive needs!
