Have been visting ETD Englewood for years. There sales and mechanics are the most honest and best trained that I have ever seen. I brought my 2011 Mercedes-Benz S550 for tire balance & alignment, job done perfect. Had a emergency flat a week later, they took me in first thing 7:30 am and got me out in less than a hour. Phil the Mercedes Man is the most honest and knowledgeable sales person in the business. Go see him with any need or problem!!!
Love at first visit!! I live in a different Zip. code, but i. found myself in Teaneck bringing my wife to see a doctor. when. discovered one of my tires losing air. I quickly asked Siri for help finding a reliable Tire Service Place in the area. Thanks God, I. fixe my eyes on ETD, since it was the closet place to where I was at. Whoa! nice looking place, and courteous staff. I was attended and serviced inn a matter of minutes. Quick and effective. I was just preparing me a nice cup of coffee when Renato Revollar, the Store manager approached me to informe my car was serviced and ready to go. Whoa, whoa, whoa! I will most definitely will be a faithful new customer for all my car's needs and maintenance. Hi five to ETD, Renato and staff!.. If service at all other ETD locations is the same as this one in Hackensack, I will not be visiting any other store, unless it is ETD! Thank you Renato. Great first impression. These guys are awesome. No BS. I’ve taken my cars to this location off/on for years—service is always pleasant, professional and reasonable. Brought my car in today with a nail puncture at 5pm. They took me right in and fixed it. And it was ready BEFORE the estimated time. Thanks ETD!
