I have been having my Hondas serviced at ETD in Englewood and Westwood for over 20 years. The reason that I keep returning to ETD is because the service managers are always very courteous and helpful, and I know that they will explain exactly what I need and then give me a fair price for the service. Recently, I brought my Honda CRV to have the brakes inspected. I have 54,965 miles, and I had noticed they were squeaking. My service manager was Anthony Yumpo. After the inspection of my brakes, Anthony told me that I would need pads and rotors. Prior to my inspection, as I always do as a conscientious consumer, I had researched on the internet as to approximately how much new pads and rotors would cost. I felt that the price that Anthony had quoted me for parts and labor was fair and considerably less than the service would have cost me at the dealer. Throughout my visit, Anthony was very courteous and helpful in explaining the cost for my brake service. I recommend that you visit ETD in Englewood when you need new tires (as I have done in the past) and other services such as alignments and brake replacements. As I have said, Anthony was very professional, and I felt very confident that the service that the brake service that ETD in Englewood had provided was of the highest quality.
